Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets out the conduct expected of every Nexvend user — buyer, vendor, or guest. Breaches may result in listing removal, payout holds, account suspension, or termination.

2. You agree NOT to

  • Use the platform to commit or facilitate fraud (chargeback abuse, false non-receipt claims, fake offers).
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users or Nexvend staff.
  • Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or bulk messages through the platform.
  • Manipulate listings, reviews, ratings, offers, or order data.
  • Create multiple or false accounts; impersonate another person or business.
  • Circumvent fees by taking transactions off-platform.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to breach platform security; reverse engineer the service.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automation that disrupts the service or extracts user data.
  • Misuse our APIs or any administrative interface.
  • Use the platform to violate Kuwaiti law or sanctions regimes.

3. Reporting violations

Open a ticket from the Contact page (Report a Vendor, Report a Buyer, Report a Product, or Technical Issue). Include URLs, screenshots, and order/listing IDs.

4. Enforcement

Nexvend may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where appropriate, remove content, cancel orders, withhold payouts, suspend accounts, and report unlawful activity to the competent Kuwaiti authorities.
