Delivery Policy

1. How delivery works
- Buyer completes payment at checkout.
- Order appears in the vendor's dashboard.
- Vendor prepares the item and confirms readiness within the agreed window.
- Our logistics partner (TryRiders) collects the item from the vendor.
- The item is delivered to the buyer's address.
- Delivery confirmation opens a 3-calendar-day buyer review window. Once the window passes (or the buyer accepts), the vendor payout becomes eligible.
2. Delivery fee
The current flat delivery fee is 2 KWD per order. The fee is displayed separately from the product price at checkout. Fees may be updated; the fee in effect at the time of checkout applies.
3. Delivery area
Nexvend currently delivers within the State of Kuwait. International delivery is not offered at this time.
4. Estimated timeline
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from payment, depending on vendor readiness and courier scheduling. Timelines are estimates and Nexvend is not liable for carrier delays beyond its reasonable control.
5. Customer obligations
- Provide an accurate, complete delivery address with a contact phone number.
- Be reasonably available during the agreed delivery window.
- Inspect the package on receipt and report visible damage immediately.
6. Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. Repeated failures may result in the order being returned to the vendor; additional fees may apply.
7. Delivery damage
If the package arrives damaged, open a ticket within 48 hours with clear photos. Eligible damaged-on-arrival claims are handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Logistics partner
Delivery is operated by TryRiders. Nexvend remains responsible for the customer experience but is not the carrier.
