1. Information we collect

Names, emails, and mobile numbers you provide at sign-up or checkout.
Delivery addresses and order information.
Vendor application information (display name, social handles, business details).
Vendor banking information (account holder, bank name, IBAN) for payouts.
Order, offer, payment, and delivery records.
Messages exchanged between buyers and vendors through the platform.
Support communications and tickets.
Device, browser, IP, and analytics information collected automatically to operate the service securely.

2. Why we collect it

To create and operate your account.
To process orders, payments, and deliveries.
To verify vendors and process payouts to their Kuwait bank accounts.
To investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the platform.
To comply with Kuwaiti commercial, tax, and consumer-protection law.
To provide customer support and improve the platform.

3. Fraud prevention

We may use account data, device fingerprints, and behavioural signals to detect suspicious activity. Suspicious accounts may be restricted, payouts may be held pending investigation, and unlawful activity may be reported to the competent Kuwaiti authorities.

4. Security measures

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport (TLS), hashed credentials, and row-level access controls. Vendor banking information is accessible only to the vendor and authorised admins. No system is perfectly secure.

5. Sharing

We share information only with: the licensed payment provider (MyFatoorah) to process payments and payouts; approved logistics partners (TryRiders) to deliver orders; and Kuwaiti authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as required by Kuwaiti commercial and tax law, and only as long as necessary to provide the service or resolve disputes.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@nexvend.io. Deletion of an active vendor account may be limited where transaction obligations remain outstanding.

9. Children

Nexvend is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
