Account information you provide (name, email, phone); vendor application and payout information; order and delivery details; messages exchanged with vendors through the platform; and standard device/log data necessary to operate the service securely.
2. How we use it
To create and operate your account, process orders, coordinate delivery with our logistics partner, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with Kuwaiti law, and improve the platform.
3. Sharing
We share information only with: licensed payment providers (MyFatoorah) to process payments; approved logistics partners (TryRiders) to deliver orders; and authorities where required by Kuwaiti law. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as required by Kuwaiti commercial and tax law, and only for as long as necessary to provide the service.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@nexvend.io. Deletion of an active vendor account may be limited where transaction obligations remain outstanding.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, hashed credentials, row-level access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure.
