Prohibited Items Policy

1. Overview
The following categories are not allowed on Nexvend. This list is non-exhaustive and may be expanded at Nexvend's discretion. When in doubt, contact support@nexvend.io before listing.
2. Strictly prohibited
- Illegal goods of any kind under Kuwaiti law.
- Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorised reproductions.
- Stolen goods or items obtained through fraud.
- Weapons, ammunition, and weapon components.
- Drugs, narcotics, prescription medication, and drug paraphernalia.
- Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, and regulated substances.
- Items infringing third-party intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, patents).
- Dangerous goods (hazardous chemicals, explosives, flammables).
- Currency, financial instruments, payment cards, gift cards beyond personal resale where regulated.
- Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit materials.
- Live animals, animal parts, ivory, endangered species products.
- Items that promote hate, violence, or discrimination.
- Personal data, account credentials, or hacked services.
- Recalled or unsafe consumer products.
- Anything otherwise prohibited under Kuwaiti law.
3. Restricted (requires approval or proof)
- High-value collectibles, watches, or jewellery — may require authenticity evidence.
- Electronics with serial numbers — proof of purchase may be requested.
- Trading cards graded by recognised authorities — original slabs preferred.
4. Enforcement
Prohibited listings are removed without notice. Repeat or serious violations result in vendor suspension or termination and may be reported to the competent Kuwaiti authorities.
5. Reporting
To report a prohibited listing, open a ticket on the Contact page and choose Report a Product. Include the listing URL and a short explanation.
