Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General principle
Nexvend is a marketplace facilitator. Returns and refunds are not automatically guaranteed for every purchase. They may be approved where one of the eligible conditions below applies.
2. Eligible cases
A return or refund may be approved where:
- The item is materially different from its description.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item is counterfeit.
- The item arrives damaged.
- The vendor agrees to accept the return.
3. Collectibles and trading cards
Sales of trading cards, sealed collectibles, and similar items are generally final once delivered, except in the following cases: counterfeit, material misrepresentation, wrong item received, or delivery damage.
4. How to request
Open a ticket on the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery and choose the relevant category (Refund Request, Report a Product, or Order Issues). Include:
- Order ID and listing URL
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
5. Investigation
Nexvend will review the request, may contact the vendor for their position, and may request additional evidence. We aim to resolve eligible disputes within 5 business days.
6. Outcomes
Depending on the case, outcomes may include: full refund, partial refund, replacement (if available), or denial. Nexvend's decision is final for marketplace dispute purposes.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method via MyFatoorah. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.
8. Vendor recourse
Where a refund is granted on grounds attributable to the vendor (e.g. counterfeit, misrepresentation), the corresponding payout may be cancelled or reclaimed.
9. Abuse
Repeated abusive refund requests (false claims, chargeback abuse) may result in account restriction or termination.
