Nexvend operates as a marketplace platform connecting independent buyers and sellers. Nexvend does not own, inspect, manufacture, certify, or guarantee third-party products unless expressly stated. Vendors remain solely responsible for product ownership, authenticity, legality, descriptions, condition, and fulfillment.

You must be 18 or older (or have guardian consent) and able to enter binding contracts under Kuwaiti law. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

You are responsible for activity on your account, for safeguarding your credentials, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Nexvend is a technology and transaction-facilitation platform — not the seller of vendor inventory. We provide listing, payment escrow, dispute, and logistics tooling. Vendors and buyers contract with each other.

See the Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Items Policy. Violations may result in suspension, payout holds, or termination.

Nexvend brand, software, and content are owned by Nexvend or its licensors. Vendor content remains the vendor's, with a licence to Nexvend to host and display it on the platform.

Listings are invitations to treat. An order is created when a buyer pays (Buy Now) or when a vendor accepts a binding offer and the buyer pays within the displayed window.

Processed by licensed payment providers (currently MyFatoorah). Funds for confirmed orders are held until delivery is confirmed, after which payouts are released to the vendor (minus the 5% marketplace commission).

Coordinated through approved logistics partners (currently TryRiders). The current flat delivery fee is 2 KWD, shown separately. Timelines are estimates.

Governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds may be approved in specific cases (counterfeit, wrong item, material misrepresentation, delivery damage).

Nexvend reserves the right to investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate users for fraud prevention, security, policy enforcement, or legal compliance — at its sole discretion and without prior notice where appropriate.

Nexvend's liability for any single transaction is limited to the value of that transaction. Nexvend does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the platform and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.
