Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider and held until delivery is confirmed. After delivery, buyers have a 3-calendar-day review window to confirm the order or report an issue — if no issue is reported, the order is auto-accepted. Vendor payouts only become eligible after this window closes with no active dispute, and once the vendor's available balance reaches the 10 KWD minimum threshold. Eligible payouts are released manually within 4–7 working days.

Every vendor is reviewed before being approved to sell. Bank details are required for payouts and are protected by row-level access controls — only the vendor and authorised admins can view them.

If you spot a counterfeit item, a misleading listing, a suspicious vendor or buyer, or abusive behaviour, open a ticket on the Contact page and choose the matching category (Report a Vendor, Report a Buyer, Report a Product). Include the listing URL or order ID.

Use a strong, unique password. Never share your login. We will never ask for your password by email. If you suspect your account has been accessed, contact support immediately and reset your password.

Nexvend reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove listings, cancel orders, withhold payouts pending investigation, and suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, fraud prevention, or applicable law.

Where required by Kuwaiti law, Nexvend cooperates with competent authorities — including sharing account, transaction, and device records.
