Buyer Terms

You must be 18 years or older (or have guardian consent) and able to enter binding contracts under Kuwaiti law to purchase on Nexvend.

Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Use accurate personal and delivery details — orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not refundable.

Items on Nexvend are sold by independent vendors. Nexvend facilitates the transaction but is not the seller. Vendors are responsible for product authenticity, accuracy, condition, and fulfillment.

Offers are binding. If a vendor accepts your offer before it expires, an order is created and you must complete payment within the displayed window or the order is cancelled.

Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Delivery fees are shown separately. Payment is taken at checkout via MyFatoorah and held until delivery is confirmed.

Nexvend is a marketplace; products are fulfilled by independent sellers and delivered by an approved logistics partner. Standard delivery is typically completed within up to 3 business days after the order has been successfully collected by the delivery partner. Overall estimated delivery from a successful payment is typically 2–6 business days under normal operating conditions. Delivery estimates begin once the seller has prepared the order and it has been collected for delivery. If the seller delays preparing the order or is unavailable for pickup, delivery timelines may be extended. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. You must provide an accurate delivery address and reasonable availability to receive the order. Repeated failed deliveries may result in restocking or cancellation. After your order is delivered, you have a 3-calendar-day review window to inspect the item and confirm everything is in order, or report an issue. Tap Everything Looks Good to accept the order, or Report an Issue if there is a problem (counterfeit, wrong item, damage, misrepresentation). If you take no action within 3 calendar days, the order is automatically accepted and the vendor payout process begins. Reporting an issue places the order in Disputed status and holds the vendor payout pending resolution.

See the Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds may be approved in specific cases (counterfeit, wrong item, material misrepresentation, delivery damage). Collectibles and trading cards are generally final sale except in those cases.

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Fake, defamatory, or extortive reviews may be removed and the account suspended.

Raise disputes first through the Contact page support form. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

Nexvend may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, fraud prevention, or applicable law.
